NOUNites, a subtle reminder that school will officially resume on Tuesday 12th
July, and 2022_1 results are likely to be released anytime from that date (or
may be earlier). However we should know and be conversant with the changes
done.
✅ A Misconception Removed: Please note
that those in charge of some NOUN sites - the recent and old - are different
from one another and hence operate from different servers. While nouonline.net
is operated by in-house contractors while the the others, such as the new
support site and elearn are designed by external contractors but managed by
internal employees. This mean they are independent of one another even though
the others depend on data from nouonline.net. So this mean the Gmail and
support site works for you once your details has been uploaded to the site's
database.
✅ Login Issues on Support Site: Please
note that if you encounter "INVALID CREDENTIALS" while trying to
login, then it mean you've probably entered wrong login details which could be
wrong matric or password or both. And in some cases perhaps your details have
not been uploaded to the site's system. If the "default" password
doesn't work for you or the real password you used at first, then open a ticket
and send a complaint. "Unknown User" simply indicates that your
details have not been uploaded to the site's system.
✅ Other Login Backdrops on the support
site: Be informed that the email recognised by NOUN going forward is the new
official one via Gmail. Most responses to your login issues will be sent there.
So ensure you didn't share your support site password with someone, try
"forgot password" for a new one if you have issues logging in and
then login. And if those doesn't work, send a complaint via the e ticket
platform.
