Once you have completed your course and exam registration, there is one more essential step you *MUST* take.
You are required to visit your study center for a physical clearance before you can access your exam slip.
What does this mean?
Even if you have:
- Printed your e-wallet slip
- Printed your course registration slip
You *CANNOT* print your exam slip until you have been physically cleared at your study center.
Clearance will be conducted by three offices:
- Bursary
- Registry
- Study Centre Director
Once all three offices have cleared you, your exam slip will automatically become available.
This new rule aims to prevent issues such as missing courses on the portal.
IMPORTANT:
- Do not wait until the exam period.
- Go for clearance immediately after registration (at least one month before exams).
If you add, drop, or change any course after clearance, your clearance will be canceled, and you will need to repeat the process.
Remember: No exam slip, no entry into the exam hall.
This process is different from previous semesters.
Register early, clear early, and avoid complications.
