Dear Sir/Madam,
The School of Postgraduate Studies (SPGS) hereby reiterates that the upload of corrected versions of research projects and dissertations on the Project Administration System (PAS) is a compulsory requirement for graduation.
Designated Desk Officers at the Study Centres are responsible for ensuring that postgraduate students effect corrections based on Examiners’ comments on the PAS and that only corrected copies are re-uploaded. No student shall be considered eligible for inclusion in the graduation list without evidence of successful re-upload.
Despite earlier notices and steps taken by the SPGS, many are yet to comply, and this has affected the timely harvesting of graduation lists.
Study Centre Directors are therefore directed to ensure strict and immediate compliance by all Desk Officers and students, and to put in place monitoring mechanisms to track post-moderation and defence corrections and re-uploads.
Please treat this directive with utmost urgency.
