ATTENTION TO ALL STUDENTS ON DES303




If you have submitted your course registration slip for grouping and you have filled the online form follow the below instructions:


1. The Desk Officer will start grouping accordingly.

2. The group list will be sent here for you to see where you belong.

3. Immediately you see your group, deliberate amongst your team members who is to be your *Group Leader (Representative)* to coordinate your project from *THE PROPOSAL - THE LOGBOOK & THE REPORT*

4. Your team leader will be the one to explain better to the team on the outcome of the meeting with *THE DESK OFFICER*.

5. From there you decide on which topic you are to pick for Approval from the School Management then before executing them accordingly.

6. After the approval you will start your project immediately and will always carry the *Desk Officer* along as you are proceeding with the project.

7. From there you will make the arrangements on your *LOGBOOK - REPORT*

8. Take note of these below:

        a. *_Proposal:_* The proposal is joint work for the approval i.e. you will all do the same thing and your group leader will submit for the approval and then for clarification you will type it out as a group leader and make copies to all the group members for the Desk Officer to sign and stamp after approval. Then you will send it to the team members as PDF for them to upload it on their elearn portal one after the other.

        b. *_Logbook:_* This will be done individually by each member of the team. The only thing that will be done that will look alike for all the team members here is *THE ESTIMATION COST OF THE PROJECT DONE* accordingly. So that it won't look different from Mr. A - Mr. B that belongs to the same group. Then when you read the instructions on the form *It's straight forward* because all you need to do is being written number to number/page by page.

          c. *_Report:_* The report is always expected to be filled individually as done in (b) and the instructions will be read and followed accordingly but here is where the pictures of your project done with the *Desk Officer and The team members* will be taken and will be attached to the form for the job well done. *Banner* will be made on your team topic and DES303 will be shown with what you did as your project to hold when snapping your pictures with the Desk Officer and the team members.


Note: After all these processes what next will now be uploading of your *Proposal, Logbook and Report* on the elearn portal and wait for your upgrades by the facilitator.
