Step 1: Open the Registration Form

Fill in all required information:
* Matric Number
* Surname
* Other Name
* Department
Choose from: PHYSICS, CHEMISTRY, BIOLOGICAL SCIENCES, MATHEMATICS, COMPUTER SCIENCE, ENVIRONMENTAL SCIENCE
If your department is not listed, Click on Other and type it in front of other*” (e.g., MASS COMMUNICATION)
* Programme of Study (e.g., BSc Information Technology)
* Your Study Centre (your own study centre)
* Study Centre where the laboratory is located (the centre you want to do the practical at)
⚠ Note: Any centre not listed here will not hold practicals.
Click Next to continue.
Step 2: Select Your Window/Period
A new screen will show you the available windows (periods) for practicals.
* Choose the window that is convenient for you, but make sure:
* The courses you are doing are available in that window.
Example: If you are doing CIT104, your window must be FOSW2 (30th March – 11th April).
Step 3: Select Your Practical Course
Pick the course you want to do the practical for.
⚠ Note: You can only pick one course at a time.
If you have more than one practical course in step 4 select YES
Step 4: Register More Courses?
* If you have more practical courses to register: select Yes.
* If you have only one practical course: select No.
Step 5: Submit
Click Next and then Submit.
✅ You are done!

Always double-check that the window you pick matches the course you want to do.
After submission, visit your study centre to confirm the exact dates of your practical.
