*Examining the Antecedents and Vision of Babtee for the Future of Nigerian Students*
Leadership is not merely about aspiration; it is about character, track record, vision, and the ability to inspire meaningful change. As Nigerian students continue to demand responsible, transparent, and people-centered leadership within their national structures, it becomes necessary to critically examine those who aspire to lead.
The first edition of Leadership Under the Microscope is designed as an engagement platform where the antecedents, leadership philosophy, and vision of aspiring leaders will be openly discussed and examined in the interest of Nigerian students.
This maiden edition will focus on *Babtee*, an *aspirant for the position of National President of the National Association of Nigerian Students* (*NANS*). The session will provide an opportunity for stakeholders, student leaders, and observers to gain deeper insight into his past engagements, leadership track record, and his proposed agenda for the future of Nigerian students.
Beyond conversation, this platform seeks to promote accountability, transparency, and informed participation in student leadership by allowing ideas, records, and visions to be placed under objective scrutiny.
This online webinar is convened by the *BABTEE GIRLS MOVEMENT*, a platform committed to promoting constructive engagement, leadership accountability, and active participation of Nigerian students in shaping the future of their union.
