The Leadership of the Congress of National Open University of Nigeria Students (CONS) proudly commends the Management for the strategic and timely facilitation of the NELFUND disbursement to our students.
This decisive action goes beyond routine administration; it reflects responsive leadership and a clear commitment to student-centered governance. At a crucial time when many students were at risk of delayed registration due to financial constraints, the Management demonstrated responsibility and foresight by ensuring prompt intervention.
The timely release of the fund has significantly accelerated the registration process across study centres, reduced anxiety among students, and reinforced confidence in the institution’s commitment to accessible and inclusive education.
We acknowledge this as a commendable step in alignment with the Federal Government’s student support initiatives and urge the sustenance of policies that continually prioritize students’ welfare and academic stability.
