We have carefully considered your appeal and wish to inform you that the deadline for the upload of DES303 has been extended to Friday, 1st May 2026.
This extension follows the official closure of registration on 28th April 2026.
In view of this, all Desk Officers are kindly requested to notify their students to complete their uploads on or before the new deadline, as no further extension will be granted.
Students who are unable to complete the upload this semester are advised to keep their proposal forms, logbooks, and reports safely for submission in the next semester.
